Since 1975 the Doctors and medical professionals at the Kellum Medical Group have been providing services to accommodate all ages of our diverse range of patients. At the Kellum Medical Group our Doctors and medical staff want their patients to know they are receiving the best health care for them. Meet Our Physicians

	Daniel H. Kellum Sr., D.O. Dr. Daniel H. Kellum Sr., a mainstay in the San Antonio area medical community for the last 35 years, was born and raised in Rio Grande City in the South Texas Valley where he attended and graduated from Rio Grande High School. Dr. Kellum attended and received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy. Following his undergraduate completion, Dr. Kellum attended and received his medical degree from the Kansas City College of Osteopathy. He did his general internship at the Oklahoma College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tulsa Oklahoma. In his spare time, Dr. Kellum enjoys playing baseball and spending time with his family and his grandchildren.
	Daniel H. Kellum Jr., M.D. Dr. Daniel H. Kellum Jr. was born and raised in San Antonio Texas where he graduated from Central Catholic High School in 1983. He attended and received his undergraduate degree from St. Mary’s University in 1987. Following his undergraduate completion, Dr. Kellum attended medical school at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio where he graduated in 1991. Dr. Kellum successfully completed his Family Practice Residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth in 1994. Dr. Kellum is married and he has four sons. In his spare time, Dr. Kellum enjoys golf and spending time with his family.
	John H. Kellum, M.D. John Kellum was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. Prior to medical school, he received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Austin College, Sherman, Texas. Upon completion of his undergraduate degree, Dr. Kellum studied medicine at The University of Texas Health Science Center-San Antonio, graduating in 1990. He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology from St. Joseph's Hospital in Houston, Texas in 1994. He is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a member of the American College of Ob/ Gyn

Meet Our Providers

	Araceli Sierra Araceli Sierra, PA-C has been a Physician’s Assistant for eight years following her graduation from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. She has been a part of the Kellum Medical Group family for her entire post graduation career specializing in Pediatrics. Sierra is married and has two children.
	Betty J. Ramos Betty J. Ramos was born and raised in San Antonio and has dedicated her entire life to providing health and wellness care to the community where she came from. She is a graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio who comes from a family deeply embedded n the Medical community. Ramos’ hobbies include salsa dancing, cooking, and exercising at the gym.
	Denise Solis PA Denise Solis was born in San Antonio, Texas. She received an associate degree in nursing from San Antonio College. She continued her education at The University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio, receiving a Bachelors of Allied Health and a Masters degree in Physician Assistant Studies. Denise has been with Kellum Medical Group practicing family medicine and obstetrics and gynecology since 2008.
	Celeste Ferencak, PA-C Celeste Ferencak, PA-C grew up in San Antonio and received a Bachelors of Science in Biology at the University of Texas at San Antonio in 2002. Celeste then went on to receive her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of North Texas Health Science Center in Fort Worth, TX in 2006. Celeste has been practicing in Family Medicine for five years now. PA Ferencak is part-time PA for the KMG in Lytle, TX, and is a full time mother of three boys.
	Brian Poliquin PA Brian Poliquin graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center in June of 2001. He has been practicing in Family Practice since his graduation working both with adults as well as children. In his spare time Poliquin enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.
	Louis Nistal PAC Louis Nistal was born in Mexico City and graduated from the Medical School at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Nistal moved to the United States and successfully attended and graduated from the Physicians Assistants School at University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. Has been a part of the Kellum Medical Group family for the last four years. In his spare time, Nistal enjoys reading traveling and spending time with his family.
	Alicia Blackmon Alicia Blackmon graduated from Texas Women’s University in Houston in 1997 with a Masters in Nursing/Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Prior to this she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from UTHSCSA in 1990. Blackmon spent time working at the Texas Childrens Hospital. She also spent time in Romania conducting pediatric HIV research and nursing education. She has been a part of the Kellum Medical Group family since November of 2000. Blackmon is married and has five children.
	Leah Gail Tschoepe White, PA-C Leah Gail Tschoepe White, PA-C was born and raised in San Antonio where she graduated from Incarnate Word High School in 1987. Tschoepe White then attended Incarnate Word College where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology in 1991. Her graduate work included a Master of Science Degree in Biology from UTSA in 1993. In 1999 she attended and completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Physician Assistant Studies. In her spare time, Tschoepe White enjoys fishing and spending time with her family.
	Tami Rocha, PA-C Tami Rocha was born and raised in San Antonio Texas where she attended and graduated from Clark High School in 1988. She attended undergraduate school at both the University of Texas at Austin and San Antonio. Upon receiving her undergraduate degree she attended both the Baptist Memorial School of Nursing where she became a registered nurse and the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio where she received her Masters in Physicians Assistants Studies in 2008. Rocha enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
